Sodium Chloride, commonly known as Salt, has been long and widely used as a viscosity builder in surfactant system formulations. It's a highly effective and cheap viscosity regulator. In the presence of salt, the ions in the solution can interact with the surfactant molecules, causing them to become more tightly packed and more likely to form micelles. This can help to increase the stability of the micelles and prevent them from breaking down, which can increase the viscosity of the formula solution.
Additionally, salt can also work as a cleaning assistant with sterilization and oil-controlling properties in cleaning formulations for fabric, hair, and skin.

We don’t produce Salt(NaCl) by ourselves, yet we are not simply trading it.
We have signed a Third-party Toll-manufacturing Agreement with a leading salt producer who contract manufactures Yeser® NaCl for us, as per our demand and requirements.
As salt is highly soluble in water, in most cases, it can be fully rinsed off during washing, so it’s safe to use in rinse-off products.
But excessive concentration can be irritating to the skin and eyes.
