Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, often known as Sarcosyl, is one of the most widely used amino acid-derived surfactants. Amino acid surfactants are a group of surfactants derived from amino acids and fatty acids. They have been trending surfactants to use in a wide range of personal care products for their complete biodegradability, high safeness, mildness, and non-irritation properties.

Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is widely used as a primary or secondary anionic surfactant in toothpaste, facial cleansers, ultra-gentle shampoos, and baby bath bubble lotions. It has excellent foaming and cleaning ability in a wide pH range. However, it has low degreasing power, which makes it not over-lift the needful oil on the skin, hence leaving the skin a moist and non-tight feeling.

Yeser Chemicals partners with Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate producers through a Third-party Toll-manufacturing Agreement. We can supply top-quality Yeser® LS30 Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate at a competitive price, with a capacity of 1,000 MT/ Month.

Features & Benefits:

  • Mild, safe, and low irritation.
  • Excellent stability and foamability in the pH range from strong base to weak acid.
  • Low degreasing power, gives the skin a moist and non-tight feeling after washing.
  • Good compatibility and can be compounded with other anionic surfactants to reduce irritation and improve
    foaming performance.

Stability/Shelf life:

Stable at a wide pH range, except in strong acid and alkali.

Pack in tight-closed containers(drums or tanks); Store in a dry, ventilated and cool place; Kept away from direct sun and water.

Frequently Asked Questions

We don’t produce Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate by ourselves, yet we are not simply trading it.

We have signed a Third-party Toll-manufacturing Agreement with a leading producer who contract manufactures Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate for us, as per our demand and requirements.

Together with our contract manufacturer, Yeser Chemicals supplies top-quality Yeser® LS 30 Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate at a competitive price, with a capacity of 1,000 MT/ Month.

No. They are NOT the same, even though they share the same initials, and both of them are anionic surfactants. They don’t share other common grounds than these.

SLS commonly refers to Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, which is earlier and more widely used as a cleaning agent in home & personal care products than Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate.

SLS is also easier and cheaper to obtain, but it’s harsher and believed to have higher carcinogenic risks.

Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is milder, greener and safer than SLS.

Typically, our Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ) for Yeser® LS30 Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is 1000Kg.

However, we offer LCL mix loading options with other ingredients such as SLES, CDEA, CAPB, DLS, etc.
