Procedures

  • Add Deionized water to the container, add EDTA-2Na and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add caustic soda flakes and LABSA sequentially and stir until a clear liquid is achieved.
  • Then add SLES, follow stirring afterwards.
  • Add CAO and CDEA in step by step manner and stir again for proper dissolvation.
  • Then it’s time for preservative, add MIT and mix.
  • Lastly, add NaCl, fragrance, color and stir well.

Result: A good foaming fresh scented dishwash liquid has prepared. Put it in a separate condiment bottle and its ready to use.
